The number of traders registered at the Oran region amounted to 258146 (fixed state has until March 31st, 2017 and are distributed as follows :
- Individuals: : 232 750
- Legal entity : 25 396

The largest number of the subscribers are domiciled in the wilaya of Oran with 99 332 either a 38 % rate, followed by the wilaya of Tlemcen with 56 976 or a 22 % rate.

The retail trade represents a rate of 42 % of the whole business sectors followed the services with 38 % and other 20 %.
